The delivery time is given for each specific product. Delivery times are given with maximum calculation – in most cases, the ordered goods will arrive faster.
If you have selected products with different delivery times in one shopping cart, the ordered goods will arrive during the period with the longest delivery time in your shopping cart. However, if you still want to receive the order in parts, please be sure to contact our customer service. We use various transport options to deliver the goods to you.
We mainly use our own transport and parcel machines. Larger shipments are delivered to you by our long-term logistics partners.
Be sure to check their condition when you receive your order. If the product has been damaged or damaged during transport for any reason, fix it in the presence of the courier and inform us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. If possible, please take a photo of the damaged item. It is very difficult for us to satisfy later claims regarding external product defects.
All products are guaranteed for 2 years, except if the manufacturer does not provide a longer warranty. The warranty certificate is the issued invoice.
